(1) Text Link
Ads
A text link ad is permanent for the purchased period,
giving you unlimited impressions and unlimited clicks. Text
Link Ads have a maximum of 30 characters which you need to
choose carefully. Caps are allowed only for abbreviations and
the first letter of every word. Text Link Ads in all
caps will be modified. You need to supply your website url so that
when a user clicks your link, he/she is redirected to your
website. All text link ads open a new browser window. You are
responsible to furnish correct details for your link. eSoftNET
Online is not responsible for any incorrect details you supply
us through our web form. We may change your incorrect details
if you purchase a text link ad for more than one month. This
is subject to clause (2) of the Terms of Service. We reserve
the right to ban your ad if it does not comply with our TOS.

Uploading of Text Link Ads
We upload text links ads
within 1-7 days. Your ad may take longer to be uploaded if there are issues beyond our control
or if the number of ads on that page has been reached. Text link ads are
uploaded after your payment is verified.
(3) Banner
Ads
A banner ad is permanent for the purchased period,
giving you unlimited impressions and unlimited clicks. Banner
Ads can be in jpg, jpeg, bmp or gif format. Currently we offer 3
different banner sizes, 120x60, 120x120 or 468x60. Banner Ads should
not have flashing colors or something like "You are a winner". You need to supply your website url
so that
when a user clicks your link, he/she is redirected to your
website. All text link ads open a new browser window. You are
responsible to furnish correct details for your link. Moreover
you need to supply the url where your banner is hosted. eSoftNET
Online is not responsible for any incorrect details you supply
us through our web form. We may change your incorrect details
if you purchase a banner ad for more than one month. This
is subject to clause (4) of the Terms of Service. We reserve
the right to ban your ad if it does not comply with our TOS.

Uploading of Banner Ads
We upload banner ads within
1-7 days. Your ad may take longer to be uploaded if there are issues beyond our control
or if the number of ads on that page has been reached. Banner
ads are
uploaded after your payment is verified.

Banner Hosting
We can host your banner for an
additional monthly fee of $5. Your banner must not exceed 100k.
Banner Hosting entitles you to unlimited bandwidth usage for
the duration your purchase. You need to
send us your banner through our web form after you affect
payment. Renewals do not need to send us the banner again
however if you do not renew in time according to clause (15),
you need to resend your banner. We reserve the right to ban
your ad if it does not comply with our TOS. Rules of Clauses
(3) and (11) apply.

Banner Hosting Only
We can host your banner for a
monthly fee of $5. Your banner must not exceed 100k but can be
of any size.
Banner Hosting entitles you to unlimited bandwidth usage for
the duration your purchase. You need to
send us your banner through our web form after you affect
payment. Renewals do not need to send us the banner again
however if you do not renew in time according to clause (15),
you need to resend your banner. Rules of Clause (3) do not apply for
Banner Hosting Only however Clause (11) applies.

Long Text Instead of a Banner Ad
We also accept HTML
as your long text but it has to fit within the space
purchased. Text longer than the space purchased will be
truncated. Clauses (1), (2), (3) and (4) apply to this ad. We
reserve the right to ban your ad if it does not comply with
our TOS.
(8) Payment-Only Guarantee
Your ad is guaranteed to remain
uploaded every consecutive month if you purchase your ad for
more than one month. We have a policy of limited number of ads we upload on any one page. If this limit is reached
prior to your payment, your ad for the subsequent month will be uploaded
when one of the uploaded ads have expired. If such case
occurs, we will inform you by email.
(9) eSoftNET
Online Obligations
We will inform you when we upload
your ad. We will also
inform you if our ads limit has been reached or if
we cannot upload your ad. All
communication will be affected through email.
(10) Your
Obligations
You are responsible for the correctness of
every information you forward to us. This include (but is not
limited to) your name, your surname, your email address, your
country, your customer number (if we gave you one),
transaction number, your text
link ad phrase and your website url if you purchase a Text
Link Ad or your banner url and website url if you purchase a
Banner Ad.
(11) Banned
Text Link Ads, Banner Ads, Banner Hosting and Websites
eSoftNET Online does not
allow text link ad phrases, banner ads and websites containing or related (but not limited to)
pornography, explicit sexual content, illegal activities,
soliciting fraud, copyright infringement, offensive comments
against other companies or individuals. If you change your
website content after we upload your ad, we reserve the right
to delete your ad without any compensation. Paid text link
ads, banner ads and banner hosting in violation of this clause will not be refunded.
(12) Gambling
Ads
We advertise our website with many companies and
some of which do not allow advertising of websites with
gambling links, like Google and Yahoo. In order to be able to
continue advertising our website and generate traffic, which
ultimately will return traffic to your website, we only allow
gambling ads on our Play & Win page. Any paid gambling links
to any other page will be automatically moved to our Play &
Win page.
(13) Ad
Placement/Position
Ads are placed/positioned in respect
of the date purchased, that is, first come, first placed. Ads
are moved up if previous ads have expired.
(14) Refunds
Policy
Refunds are only given on the discretion of
eSoftNET Online. However, we do not give refunds (but not
limited to) if your ad or website link is in violation of
these Terms of Service (before or during the paid period), if
you change your mind about uploading your ad with us, if our
ads limit has been reached, if you do not generate any
traffic/sales or if you decide to terminate your
ad before the purchased time period. However, we do give refunds
if we cannot upload your ad for an indefinite time which is
beyond our control.
(15) Renewals
Renewals should be affected at least one week prior to
your ad expiration and including your customer number (if any).
Failing to do so may result in suspending your ad
for the subsequent period and hence you will not be guaranteed
that your ad will be uploaded in the following days.
(16)
Responsibilities
eSoftNET Online is not to be held
responsible for (but not limited to) any incorrect text link
ad phrase, banner urls, website urls, if we cannot upload your ad within the
subsequent days, downtime of our website, your text link
ad or banner ad being deleted if in violation of these Terms of Service,
any financial loses or if you generate no traffic or sales.

Communications
We try to respond to your inquiry
within 24 hours but sometimes that is not
possible. So please allow 5 working days prior to contact us
again.
